  1. What data do we collect and how? We only collect Personal Data where you interact with us on the Website and/or our social media platforms in the following ways:
    • When you sign up for our newsletter and/or to receive free content, including eBooks, PDF downloads, videos, or offers, we collect your email address, first/last name, and promotion/newsletter preferences. This newsletter list data is collected and stored via the third-party MailChimp and is managed by Tabetha (and any future team members) only. It is never sold, never shared, and is only used to communicate directly with you about news, events, products, promotions, and special offers. At the end of every newsletter is the option to unsubscribe or change your preferences.
    • When you make a purchase directly from the TabethaHedrick.com website, we collect full name, email address, phone number, any personal data which you provide to use in the free text box of the form, payment method choice (payment details are held by our payment processor, Paypal, not us). Sometimes, we may use a third-party vendor such as Ravelry, Amazon, Apple, or Kobo, and they handle their own purchases, maintaining their own separate information that is NOT shared with Tabetha.
    • When you complete the contact form, we collect your full name, email address, any personal data you provide to us in the free text box of the form. We promptly delete this information from our email accounts when the situation is resolved/closed.
    • When you use a device to access our site, it shares your technical data, including IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone and location, operating system and platform, and anything else it cares to share.
    • There are automated systems in place that automatically collect Usage data, which is information about how you use our website, products, and services, and Tracking data from cookies or other similar tracking technologies not created or handled by us, which includes information we or others collect about such as your equipment, browsing patterns, and if you click one of our adverts.
    • When you interact with us via any social media platform, those third parties who are permitted by law or have your permission to share personal data with us to do so. This includes usernames, first and last names, and any other data they may share.

We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
